BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Established trading on September 22^nd 2014, Nexphase Electrical Pty Ltd delivers electrical contracting services to the greater Adelaide metropolitan area. Our main target market is currently small to medium sized commercial construction projects (up to $3M), service and maintenance, design and construct and value management contracts.

Our directors have a combined industry experience of over 30 years and have both held long term positions in senior management roles in leading companies in the Electrical and Service Industry.

Nexphase Electrical Pty Ltd are well aware of the needs for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality procedures. We operate under the Neca HSEQ management system to ensure the high standard of project delivery clients have come to expect from the directors is achieved.

CAPABILITY STATEMENT

As detailed within this site, we have delivered a multitude of small to medium commercial projects in senior roles within the industry.

Our relevant experience being in our previous senior management roles has developed our expertise in business management, financial management, cash flow and invoicing, project delivery, value management, client relationships, quality systems, OH&S requirements and all aspects of running an electrical contracting business.

While our new company is only developing and our list of projects as a company does not reflect a wealth of experience, our industry support from suppliers, specialist subcontractors, employees and industry associations poises us in a position of a start-up company with access to opportunities only companies who have been trading for many years are afforded.

Nexphase Electrical Pty Ltd has a loyal network of suppliers and specialised sub-contractors enabling us to offer a complete solution for all aspects of an electrical installation. We have active trading credit accounts with several wholesalers including MMEM, P&R, L&H, Rexel and CNW and specialist suppliers such as BE Switchcraft who also are willing to support us with our project needs for switchboards and related items.

Having dealt with many suppliers in our previous roles we have 100% commitment from our supplier network. As we have proven trading records and they are all confident we will excel in our business, our suppliers all want to be involved in our infancy stage with a view of developing long term relationships.

We as a company, and as Directors are well aware we are only as good as the team around us. With our respected reputation in the industry, and the support from our previous relationships, we are confident we are capable of delivering all projects targeted by Nexphase Electrical Pty Ltd.
